During the period March 31, 2009-March 31, 2010 if you refer 5 patients to our office, and they complete an initial exam, you will win an I-Pod Nano.  Just tell your friends or family members to pur your name on their new patient forms so that you will get credit!

Starting April 1, 2010 we will begin a new patient oral hygiene contest.  The prize will be a $100 giftcard that will be drawn once per quarter.  To have your name entered in the drawing you must have your teeth cleaned at your regular dentist’s office and bring back the our signed card. When you come back to the office you can place the card in the jar for the drawing.  Please ask for a new card at every visit.
