Scheduling Coordinator

Keep our office running smoothly and our patients happy.

• Schedule patient appointments efficiently

• Coordinate follow-ups and confirmations

• Ensure patient communication is timely and professional

Treatment Coordinator

Do you love guiding patients and helping them achieve their dream smiles?

• Sit with patients to review treatment plans

• Ensure patients understand their options and feel confident

• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to keep treatment flowing smoothly

Insurance Coordinator

Keep patients and office on track with insurance and financial processes.

• Verify insurance and communicate coverage with patients

• Prepare estimates and coordinate insurance approvals

• Collaborate with the team to streamline patient financial experiences

Treatment Coordinator Assistant (Clinical Entry Level Position)

Support our Treatment Coordinators and keep our office organized.

• Take and manage patient records

• Maintain sterile supplies and assist with setup

• Help ensure a seamless experience for both patients and team members

Clinical Assistant

Work hands-on with patients and help create amazing smiles every day.

• Assist with clinical procedures

• Prepare and maintain sterilized instruments

• Support orthodontists and treatment coordinators as needed

Marketing Coordinator

Drive our growth and be part of shaping our practice’s story.

• Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns

• Plan community events and patient engagement activities
